Important details
We are not responsible if your package is stolen or lost upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services on public holidays or holiday periods (eg Christmas period). In the case of deliveries to the United States and abroad, customs clearance fees may be incurred, which will be charged to you.
Return policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase we offer exchange within 10 days after delivery. The jewelry will have to be send back in it’s original box. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you would like an exchange, please email us in the Contact section of the website with “Return” in the subject line and you will receive instructions. If something happens to break within a few days of wearing or it is broken upon receiving you shipment we are more than happy to fix it. Simply notified us in the Contact section of the website and you will receive instructions.
