Shipping costs

 

Free delivery on orders over $120, before taxes.

 

For any purchase under $120, delivery costs will be calculated directly when you indicate your delivery address and calculated automatically by the Canada Post system.

 

You will receive a confirmation email following your purchase on the site. An automated email from Canada Post will then be sent to you when your order is shipped as well as follow-up emails until delivery to your door.

Important details

 

We are not responsible if your package is stolen or lost during delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services during public holidays or holiday periods (e.g. Christmas period).

Sales policies

 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

If you would like to make an exchange, we will be happy to accommodate your request. To do this, you have 10 days following receipt of your order to contact us by email at boutique@dufourlapointe.com to receive the steps to follow. To be eligible for returns, Tissées Tresses jewelry or clothing must be sent to us in its original box, without having been worn or damaged. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not held responsible if items are lost or stolen upon return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt of the jewelry or clothing, we will inspect them and validate your request.

If your request is approved:

  • For jewelry of the same value, we will send it. For jewelry of lower or higher value, we will adjust your billing. For all exchanges, you will be charged delivery costs. Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for exchange.
  • For clothing, we will exchange sizes. If your size is no longer available, we will issue you a credit on our online store. For all exchanges, you will be charged delivery costs. Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for exchange.

 

PREMATURELY DAMAGED JEWELRY

If the jewelry arrives damaged on delivery or broken within a few days of purchase, contact us by email at boutique@dufourlapointe.com and send us a photo of the breakage. We will be happy to ensure that the situation is resolved.

Sale items are final sales. These are therefore not eligible for exchange.
